Biggest expenditure in Malaysian history

PETALING JAYA: Malaysia has proven to the world that it can steer its economy in various circumstances, says Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz.

Tabling the Perikatan Nasional government’s first national spending plan, Tengku Zafrul laid out in the Dewan Rakyat a budget with a RM322.5bil expenditure, the biggest in the country’s history.
