PETALING JAYA: Employers are not allowed to cut wages, force employees to use annual leave or take leave without pay after the government’s work-from-home directive, said Datuk Seri M. Saravanan (pic).
“This is in line with the instructions issued by the ministry during the movement control order (MCO), ” the Human Resources Minister said in a statement yesterday.
