Kuantan police chief: 'Weekend husband' not valid reason to enter conditional MCO area


KUANTAN (Bernama): Inter-state travel applications to Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya from individuals claiming to be 'weekend husbands’ have been rejected by the police since the conditional movement control order (MCO) began on Oct 14.

Kuantan district police chief ACP Mohamad Noor Yusof Ali said a total of 1,000 applications for inter-state travel were received and out of that, 830 applications were approved from Oct 14 to date.
