PETALING JAYA: Higher Education Minister Datuk Dr Noraini Ahmad has extended heartfelt congratulations to Malaysian-born fashion designer Datuk Rizalman Ibrahim on his appointment as Universiti Teknologi Mara’s (UiTM) newest board member.
