Fattah Amin preparing for fatherhood

WITH only a month to go before his wife gives birth, actor and singer Fattah Amin is learning the ropes on how to be a father, reported Utusan Malaysia.

“All of my friends said to get ready to stay up all night. It sounds funny but that is the reality, ” said the Playboy Itu Suami Aku actor who has been married to Fazura for almost four years.

“It’s good that I’m an actor and is used to odd working hours, ” said Fattah.

He also revealed that while Fazura did not have any weird cravings during pregnancy, he ate a lot and gained weight during the move ment control order period.

When asked about funny mo- ments during Fazura’s pregnancy, Fattah said she once cried because there was mayonnaise in a sandwich he brought home.

“It’s really funny but that’s part and parcel of pregnancy. As a husband, my duty is to make sure all of her needs are met, ” he said.

Harian Metro reported that the Hujung Dunia singer, who is a medical graduate from Mansoura University in Egypt, was delighted to get the offer. Prior to getting the call, the 26-year-old was a contestant on the Big Stage reality TV show but was eliminated during the second week.

“I am sad to have been eliminated, but as a Muslim, I believe that my provision will be somewhere else.

“Alhamdulillah, on Sept 2, I received an offer for my application to serve as a doctor and I was asked to report at the end of the month, ” she said.

Hanie will be doing her housemanship programme for two years at a hospital in Kuala Lumpur.
