PUTRAJAYA (Bernama): The conviction and 22-year jail sentence imposed on a self-employed man by the Court of Appeal for causing the death of his teenage girlfriend has been upheld.
This was after deputy public prosecutor Datuk Nazran Mohd Sham informed the Federal Court's three-member panel that the prosecution was withdrawing its appeal against the appellate court's decision.
