Court dismisses bid by Musa Aman to stop Sabah election

KOTA KINABALU: The Kota Kinabalu High Court here has dismissed an application by former chief minister Tan Sri Musa Aman and 32 assemblymen who sought a judicial review on the Yang di-Pertua Negeri’s decision to dissolve the state assembly on July 30.

The decision by Sarawak-based High Court Judge Judicial Commissioner Leonard David Shim effectively puts an end to any attempt to stop the Sept 26th Sabah elections.
