P-hailing rules in the works

THE Transport Ministry is drafting new regulations to manage the growing p-hailing (motorcycle parcel delivery) industry, the House was told.

Deputy Transport Minister Hasbi Habibollah said the ministry was drawing up regulations for the licensing of parcel delivery service using motorcycles.
