SHAH ALAM: Bangladeshi Md Rayhan Kabir has failed in his bid to review the 13-day remand order issued against him after the court decided that it was legal.
High Court judge Datuk Abdul Karim Ab Rahman held that the additional 13-day remand order, granted by the Semenyih Special Court for illegal immigrants, was within the ambit of the law.
