GEORGE TOWN: A mobile phone shop operator got into trouble when he was caught lowering the shutters on seeing police approaching his shop in Gat Lebuh Macallum here.
Policemen, who were monitoring movement control order (MCO) compliance, ordered him to raise the shutters and found that the shop did not have Covid-19 precautions in place.
