Federal Court remits Tengku Adnan graft trial to High Court before original judge


PUTRAJAYA (Bernama): The Federal Court here Friday (July 17) sent back former Federal Territories minister Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor's RM1mil corruption trial for hearing before High Court judge Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali.

A three-member bench led by Justice Datuk Nallini Pathmanathan reversed the Court of Appeal order for Mohd Nazlan's recusal to hear the trial and for the trial to be heard before another judge.
