Buffet meal food must be handled by servers, says Ismail Sabri

PUTRAJAYA: Restaurants offering buffet meals are reminded to have servers scoop the food onto customers’ plates instead of allowing them to handle the food themselves.

Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob (pic) said this requirement was part of the standard operating procedure (SOP) for restaurants, hotel cafes and canteens.
