Wee: Amendments to stiffen penalties for drink driving to be brought to Cabinet on Friday (July 17)


KUALA LUMPUR: Proposed amendments to increase penalties for those driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be tabled to the Cabinet for approval on Friday (July 17), says Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.

"The Attorney-General's Chambers has completed the draft for the proposed amendments which will be brought to Cabinet on July 17.
