KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Dr Masliza Mahmod has made history as the first Malaysian woman to be the Associate Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine at Britain's Oxford University.

Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah congratulated Dr Masliza on Saturday (July 10) on her promotion and acknowledged her brilliance as well as outstanding achievements as a cardiologist.
