SEREMBAN: Civil servants must be sensitive and responsive to those who seek their services as this will impact how the private sector rebuilds post-Covid-19, says Datuk Mohd Khairul Adib Abd Rahman.
The Public Service Department director-general said his department would not tolerate those who were not productive and lacked integrity.
