Ku Nan's graft trial postponed pending Federal Court appeal case


KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has postponed the graft trial of former Federal Territories minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor involving RM1mil pending the outcome of an appeal at the Federal Court over the recusal of a High Court judge who initially presided over the case.

The current presiding judge Justice Muhammad Jamil Hussin has fixed July 24 for case management.
