SEREMBAN: State governments must enforce the conditional movement control order (MCO) as directed by the Federal Government as this is provided for under the Federal Constitution, says MCA civil society movement Bureau head Ng Kian Nam (pic).
He said the nine states which decided against enforcing the conditional MCO, either partially or in total, had acted wrongly.
