PETALING JAYA: The Selangor Islamic Religious Department (Jais) says it needs solid evidence in order to act against the group arrested for allegedly conducting activities that are against Islamic teachings in the jungle in Batang Kali.
Its director Mohd Shahzihan Ahmad said some witnesses had come forward with information but refused to appear in court.
