Cops to start issuing RM1,000 compounds for MCO violations from Wednesday (April 8)


KUALA LUMPUR: The police will start issuing compound notices to movement control order (MCO) violators from Wednesday (April 8), says Comm Datuk Seri Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani.

"We will start issuing the compound notice which comes with a RM1,000 fine starting today. We received the forms and documentation for the compounds last week," he told a press conference in Bukit Aman Wednesday.
