Empowering women—especially single mothers—through entrepreneurship is a key focus of MN Life De Wellness founder Jekkie Chin.
She said the initiative aims to help women develop their potential, build businesses, and achieve financial independence to secure their families’ futures.
According to Chin, the initiative began after the Movement Control Order (MCO) was introduced. She then took steps to help women identify their potential and explore entrepreneurship.
“Over time, the initiative evolved into a business network that brought together many partners and beauty professionals, including single mothers.
“Business is not just about commercial success. It is also about creating opportunities, empowering women, and helping families build a better future,” she said at the opening ceremony of the first branch at Skypark @ One City recently.

Chin, who is also a member of the Women Entrepreneurs Committee of the Malaysia-China Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MACC WEC), said empowering women can bring positive change not only to individuals but also to families, communities, and society.
Through the initiative, she is committed to providing entrepreneurial opportunities, professional training, and business development support, particularly for single mothers.
The business is also focusing on regenerative science, exosome research, NAD+ and cellular wellness, healthy ageing management, and aesthetic technology.
Regarding future plans, Chin said the second branch in Penang is in the final stages of development, with renovation work about 80 percent complete.
The branch is expected to open in January 2027, while Johor Bahru has been identified as the next expansion location.
