Anwar seeks to set aside Federal Court's decision on NSCA's constitutionality

KUALA LUMPUR: Port Dickson MP Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim (pic) is seeking to set aside a majority decision by the Federal Court, which declined to answer his constitutional questions on the constitutionality of the National Security Council Act (NSCA) 2016.

In a notice of motion, Anwar said there was a serious breach of natural justice as he was not accorded the right to be heard on the issue of whether the constitutional questions posed were abstract, academic and hypothetical.
