Labuan Health Department director Dr Ismuni Bohari

PETALING JAYA: Those who attended the Fatwa Halal forum in Labuan on March 5 have been urged to go to Membedai Health Clinic in Labuan for immediate Covid-19 screening.

Labuan Health director Dr Ismuni Bohari said the screening would be carried out from 8am to 3pm Saturday (March 14).

"We are in the process of tracing contacts following two Covid-19 cases detected in Labuan," Ismuni said in a statement.

The Labuan Corporation and Mufti Department had jointly organised the half-day Fatwa Halal programme from 8am to 1pm on March 5 at the corporation's multipurpose hall.

"We appreciate the collaboration of all the residents in the Federal Territory of Labuan (to contain further transmission)," he said.
