KEPALA BATAS: A Form Two student who rode a motorcycle without a licence for over 30km from Sungai Petani to the Butterworth Outer Ring Road (BORR) to race illegally with four friends was detained in a police operation.
The student and his friends, aged 18 to 21, were detained by a team of policemen disguised as mat rempit in the 2am operation codenamed Ops Samseng Jalanan yesterday.
