PETALING JAYA: Top Pakatan Harapan leaders, including Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim (pic) and Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail, were at Eastin Hotel here for an impromptu meeting.

Other leaders seen arriving were Parti Amanah Negara president Mohamad Sabu, Khalid Abdul Samad, DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng, Lim Kit Siang, Gobind Singh Deo, M. Kulasegaran, PKR's Wong Chen, Larry Sng, Fahmi Fadzil, Deputy Sabah Chief Minister Christina Liew, Hassan Karim and several others.

All the leaders, however, remained tight-lipped over the meeting's agenda.

Anwar, meanwhile, was seen walking briskly past reporters before entering a lift.

"I have a meeting," he said briefly on Thursday (Feb 27).

Merbok MP Nor Azrina Suri said there was another PKR meeting held at the hotel before the special Pakatan meeting.

"There was a PKR meeting at the hotel but I cannot tell what it is about," she said.

Batu MP P. Prabakaran, merely said there were discussions on recent political developments.

"The leaders will update you," he said briefly.

The meeting took place between MPs and PKR supporters at the lower ground of the hotel.

The MPs then went to attend the Pakatan meeting, held at the third floor.

Members of the press hoping to obtain comments from the politicians were barred from entering the hotel and were told to wait in an unsheltered area away from the hotel entrance.
