IPOH: Residents of Taman Chepor Sentosa have been given assurance that no development project is being planned at the Kledang Saiong Hill, says Mohd Ariff Yeop Ishak.

The Perak State Development Corporation (PKNP) chief executive officer said the land was not suitable for any development as the site is a hilly area with gradients of 25 degrees.
