PETALING JAYA: The Prime Minister's Office says that Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad at no point suggested AirAsia's arrangement with Airbus were "offset payments" and not bribery.
While answering a question from the media on Thursday (Feb 6), the Prime Minister pointed out that it was normal for the Government to request for an "offset" to benefit from big purchases, said his office.
