KUCHING: The High Court here will deliver its decision on March 13 on the question of whether the Sarawak government can impose state sales tax on Petronas' petroleum products.
Judge Azhahari Kamal Ramli reserved his judgment after hearing submissions in Petronas' judicial review proceedings against the state sales tax on Tuesday (Feb 4).
