Authorities working to ensure communication of accurate info on coronavirus

KOTA KINABALU: Agencies under the Malaysia Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) have started educating the community about the novel Coronavirus.

According to a statement by the Information Department, this effort is due to the increasing spread of fake and unverified news about the virus and the situation in the country, which is causing panic among locals.
