PTNPk to oversee management of Lenggong Valley site

At risk: The archaeological sites of Lenggong Valley could be in danger of losing its Unesco World Heritage status if not properly maintained.

IPOH: The Perak State Parks Corporation (PTNPk) will oversee the management of the Lenggong Valley archaeological site, says State Tourism Committee chairman Tan Kar Hing.

He acknowledged that the state lacked agencies with expertise in heritage management and selected PTNPk for the task owing to its background.
