KUALA LUMPUR: Education Minister Dr Maszlee Malik (pic) says education in Muslim countries must be framed by a sense of ethics and driven by a spirit of excellence.
Such values, he added, were not only drawn from upholding the Islamic concept of proficiency (itqan) but also the “dragon-horse” spirit espoused by the Chinese community.
