KUALA LUMPUR: The Education Ministry has identified 14,000 teachers for the Professional Up-skilling of English Language Teachers (Pro-ELT) programme.
From the first cohort, 76% of some 5,000 teachers had successfully improved their command of the language, said Education Minister Dr Maszlee Malik.
