PONTIAN: Datuk Seri Dr Wee Jeck Seng, who won Saturday's Tanjung Piai by-election with a stunning 15,086 majority, wasted no time in getting to work done as its new Member of Parliament.

The Barisan Nasional candidate said among the first few things he will do as an MP is to reopen two Tanjung Piai parliament community service centres in Pontian and Pekan Nanas.
