A 63-year-old disabled man who had been supporting his family, including a disabled daughter, received some aid after becoming bedridden, Makkal Osai reported.
Michael Soosai, who lives with wife Kanagaletchumi Suppiah, 56, in Port Dickson, sold newspapers from his modified three-wheeler motorbike for 43 years.
