PETALING JAYA: Perak PKR chief Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak (pic) has finally surrendered to the police in connection with a brawl in Ampang on Merdeka night.

Selangor CID chief Senior Asst Comm Fadzil Ahmat said Farhash was detained at the Ampang Jaya Police District Headquarters after he surrendered himself on Tuesday (Sept 10).
