Jho Low a charismatic man with 'extraordinary powers', court told

KUALA LUMPUR: Fugitive financier Low Taek Jho was a charismatic man with "extraordinary powers", who could give out orders to officials at the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) despite having no official appointment, the High Court heard.

Datuk Amhari Efendi Nazaruddin, 43, who was a former special officer to Datuk Seri Najib Razak, testified that Low, or Jho Low, would give him and the late Datuk Seri Azlin Alias orders in carrying out instructions from Najib.
