GEORGE TOWN: The ruling for charities to provide details of donors giving RM1,000 or more per year to the Inland Revenue Board (IRB) has been rescinded.
The order came from Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng, who said only those who donate RM5,000 or more per year to charities needed to submit their details to IRB.
