A HIDDEN camera was found inside a women’s toilet at a bubble tea shop in Bukit Mertajam, reported Guang Ming Daily.

It was discovered when a customer noticed a hidden compartment below one of the toilet sinks.

Worried that the pictures might end up on the Internet, the woman lodged a police report on July 30.

Central Seberang Prai Tengah OCPD Asst Comm Nik Ros Azhan Nik Abdul Hamid confirmed the report, adding that they were investigating the case under Section 509 of the Penal Code for word or gesture intended to insult the modesty of a woman.

Apparently, the woman told the boy’s father that his son was abducted by strangers who came to the house.
