JOHOR BARU: MCA will form a government monitoring committee to keep track of the country’s progress under Pakatan Harapan, says party president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong .
He said the committee comprising party members and leaders with relevant expertise will act as a shadow Cabinet.
