Kota Belud crash: Year One pupil is second victim to succumb to injuries


Fatal crash: The car driven by the farmer landed in the compound of a house after ploughing into three students waiting for their transport to their school in Kota Belud.

KOTA KINABALU: A Year One pupil who was critically injured after a car ploughed into her and two others in Kota Belud on Monday (March 11), has succumbed to her injuries at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Kota Belud district police chief Supt Mohd Zaidi Abdullah confirmed on Tuesday (March 12) that seven-year-old Maxryona Masdi of SK Tempasuk 2 died at about 7.45pm at the hospital.
