KUCHING: Sarawak will set up a revolving fund to cover the initial costs of state projects, such as consultancy fees and studies.
Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg (pic) said the fund will be handled by the state Public Works Department (JKR) and added that it would allow the initial costs to be paid without waiting for the project to start.
