PETALING JAYA: A man was arrested after masturbating in front of a seven-year-old girl at a primary school in Klang.
South Klang OCPD Asst Comm Shamsul Amar Ramli said the incident took place on Feb 13, at a restroom in the school.
"The man, 24, had barged into the restroom stall which was not locked by the victim and undid his pants.
"He then proceeded to masturbate on the victim's clothes and the floor," ACP Shamsul said in a statement on Friday (Feb 22).
The man then cleaned up the floor before fleeing the area.
ACP Shamsul said police arrested the man shortly after the incident.
