SIBU: A 39-year-old babysitter has been charged at the magistrate's court here with the murder of a nine-month-old boy at Jalan Permai Jaya three weeks ago.
Hayati Yaman was accused of the offence under Section 302 of the Penal Code by allegedly causing the death of Aariz Harraz Zahim Azman between 5.45am and 12.30pm on Jan 7 at her Permai Jaya residence where she operated an illegal child care centre.
