KUALA LUMPUR: Umno Youth wants Datuk Seri Dr Mujahid Yusof to stop making alarming statements on the alleged wrongdoings in Lembaga Tabung Haji (TH), saying this could cause panic and “paralyse” the institution.
Its chief Dr Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki said if it was true that the previous TH management paid RM12.65bil in dividends illegally resulting in a RM4.1bil shortfall as of the end of last year, the present management should sue instead of the minister in the Prime Minister’s Department issuing statements.
