PETALING JAYA: A proper framework and action plan are pertinent to help keep crime in check, says the Malaysian Crime Prevention Foundation.

MCPF special project director Datuk Seri Johny Ch’ng Ewe Gee (pic) said due to the advent of tech­nology, the authorities were now facing more challenges, particularly those who misused the social media to commit crimes.
