Loke: AirAsia to operate KK-Sibu and KK-Bintulu routes after Cabinet approval


ISG executive director Datuk Azmi Murad said the airport had been in constant talks with Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia to consider the ISG for its Istanbul route.

SEPANG: AirAsia is set to operate two rural air routes between Kota Kinabalu and Sibu and Kota Kinabalu and Bintulu from January, says Anthony Loke.

The Transport Minister said the low-cost airline has now been allowed to operate those routes after it was approved by the Cabinet last week.
