Glittering opening to Four Seasons Hotel


KUALA LUMPUR: Fireworks lit up the night sky on Sunday (Nov 18) with the official opening of Kuala Lumpur’s third tallest building.

The 65-storey Four Seasons Hotel is the latest luxury hotel to dot the city’s glittering cosmopolitan skyline.

The grand opening was officiated by Sultan of Selangor Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah and the guest of honour Acting King Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah. 

Also present were VIPs and celebrities including Raja Muda of Selangor Tengku Amir Shah, Economic Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Azmin Ali, Federal Territories Minister Khalid Abdul Samad, Selangor Mentri Besar Amirudin Shari and Kedah Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Muhkriz Mahathir.

Guests were treated to a sumptuous sit-down dinner at the elaborately decorated grand ballroom on Level 6A, where singer Syafinaz Selamat mesmerised them with a super-charged performance.

The night ended with a spectacular fireworks show at the Residence’s Pool Deck on Level 7B.
