Rosmah, Ku Nan to be charged in same court


KUALA LUMPUR: Four high profile individuals accused of graft will be charged in three separate courts.

Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor and Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor will be charged in the KL Sessions Court 14 on Thursday (Nov 15).

Rosmah’s former aide Datuk Rizal Mansor will be charged in Sessions Court 8 while developer Datuk Tan Eng Boon will be charged in Sessions Court 9.

Rosmah and Rizal are said to be facing six charges involving an amount of RM6.5mil, related to the RM1.25bil solar hybrid project for 369 rural schools in Sarawak.

As for Tengku Adnan, he is said to be facing several charges related to the dubious land deals belonging to the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL).

He has been questioned by the MACC 12 times.

A special task force was set up to probe 97 transactions worth RM5.63bil, involving 273.27ha of DBKL land.

Tan is said to be facing similar charges as Tengku Adnan.
