Five million promo flight tickets up for grabs, AirAsia BIG members given priority

AirAsia is partnering with Silicon Valley accelerator Plug and Play to dig up new talents in travel technology.

PETALING JAYA: Five million flight tickets at special promotional prices are up for grabs in low-cost carrier AirAsia Free Seats sale.

Members of the airline's AirAsia BIG loyalty programme are given priority to access the promotion from 12.01am Sunday (Nov 11).

Non-members can buy the promotional seats from 12.01am Monday (Nov 12) until midnight on Nov 18.

For AirAsia BIG members, all-in fares which include taxes and fees start at RM15 for flights from Kuala Lumpur to destinations including Alor Setar, Johor Baru, Kota Baru, Kuantan, Langkawi, Penang, Kuala Terengganu and Miri.

Flights to Asean destinations including Brunei, Phnom Penh, Padang, Jakarta, Surabaya, Ho Chi Minh City starts from RM39 all-in.

Travellers on AirAsia X can buy tickets from RM199 for flights from Kuala Lumpur to Amritsar, Xi'an, Chongqing, Melbourne, Taipei, Seoul and Osaka.

Prices for Premium Flatbed seats from Kuala Lumpur to Jaipur, Jeju, Hawaii, Sapporo and Busan start from RM899.

"Guests are encouraged to sign up as an AirAsia BIG Member to enjoy greater benefits such as priority access to promotional campaigns, instant member discounts, seamless one-click payment with BigClick and more," AirAsia Group Marketing head Amanda Woo said in a statement.
