AGC still considering representations against single mother's acquittal in false report case


KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): The Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC) is still reviewing letters of representation filed by several parties to review its decision to drop a charge against a single mother for allegedly making a false report on a man over a molest case involving a four-year-old girl.

A source from the AGC said that the Chambers had received several letters of representation, among others from Malaysia Hindu Sangam (MHS), the lawyers representing the complainant and former employer of the complainant.
