From Jan 1, solar power users to enjoy cheaper electricity bills

KUALA LUMPUR: Domestic and commercial users of solar power will enjoy cheaper electricity bills from Jan 1 under two new policies, says Yeo Bee Yin.

The breakthrough follows the implementation of a "solar leasing" concept with better profits for those producing excess solar power.
